Empresa turca de biología molecular busca socios en todo el mundo para colaborar en un proyecto Eurostars

A Turkish R&D company specializing in molecular biology is looking for global partners to collaborate on a Eurostars project focused on enhancing and commercializing Loop-Mediated Isothermal Amplification (LAMP)-based diagnostic kits for detecting common foodborne pathogens such as E. coli O157:H7, Listeria monocytogenes, and Salmonella.   

The company is looking for project partners to work together in collaboration with academic and research institutions for advancing molecular diagnostic technologies, including direct PCR, LAMP, NGS, and AI-driven primer assay design. The Potential partners should have experience in nucleic acid extraction technologies. They are looking for projects which can result in a Point-of-care diagnostic method to improve speed and sensitivity of their point-of-care devices and commercializing of LAMP kits.

Partners will implement the company’s DNA-based diagnostic solutions to enhance product validity, sustainability, and market competitiveness. Another emphasis of interest is to expand the validation and commercialization process of food pathogen kits required for marketing of products according to food industry demands. In the sequencing field they want to expand their existing knowledge in different instructions, such as microbial sequencing and whole genome sequencing of different food samples.

The company is also interested to expand their existing expertise which can lead to new diagnostics in the long-term collaboration.
