A Dutch IT software developer is seeking partners in Spain or Portugal to establish a nearshore development hub within the EU.

The company's focus areas include custom software development, IT architecture and cloud solutions, project management, agile development, as well as security and performance optimisation. Specifically, they seek teams with experience in .NET, PHP (Laravel), Node.js, React js, and modern DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and cloud-native deployment (preferably Azure).
