Quality has in recent years become a factor that more and more
determines the competitiveness of companies in global and interdependent markets. This is because
it provides double confidence. On the one hand, to clients and consumers, assuring them that the
company works with a process that guarantees the quality of the product or service provided; and on
the other hand, to the company itself, since it introduces a regulated and controlled
organizational method that assures greater efficiency.
Aware of this, IDEPA has set itself the goal of promoting implementation of quality management systems, systems integration and business excellence in Asturian companies.
